These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickRemove — Bulk URL Removal for Search Console (the "Extension"), provided by DigitalCubeDesigns ("we", "us", "our").
1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension. A Pro license is tied to your purchase and may be activated on a limited number of devices. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or share your license key.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Pro is offered as a subscription (Monthly $7.99, or Yearly $39.99), billed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
4. Free Version & Trial
A free version with basic features is available. A 3-day free Pro trial may be offered once per website. We may change free or trial limits at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You may only use the Extension to remove URLs for web properties you own and have verified in your own Google Search Console account. You are responsible for your use of the Extension and for complying with Google's terms and policies.
6. Disclaimer
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results. The Extension automates a third-party tool (Google Search Console) whose behaviour may change at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
