Welcome to QuickRemove. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickRemove Chrome extension and related website, operated by DigitalCubeDesigns ("we", "our"). By installing or using QuickRemove, you agree to these Terms.
1. What QuickRemove is
QuickRemove is a Chrome browser extension that automates bulk URL removal requests in Google Search Console. It runs on your device and interacts with your own Search Console account. QuickRemove is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
2. License
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QuickRemove for your own SEO / webmaster work. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension or license keys.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension.
- Share a single-user license across multiple people or organizations.
- Use the extension to violate Google's Terms of Service or any applicable law.
3. Free vs Pro
QuickRemove offers a free tier with limited daily removals and a Pro tier with expanded limits and advanced features (prefix removal, custom delays, priority support). Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed on our website and may change with notice.
4. Your responsibilities
- You must have the legal right to submit removal requests for the URLs you process.
- You are responsible for how you use Search Console. Incorrect removals may affect your site's search visibility.
- You must comply with Google's own quotas and abuse policies for the Removals tool.
5. No warranty
QuickRemove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that every submission will succeed — Google's UI, quotas, or policies may change at any time and affect the extension's behavior.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalCubeDesigns is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost traffic, lost rankings, or lost revenue, arising from your use of QuickRemove. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent license validation. On termination, your right to use Pro features ends immediately.
9. Changes to the service
We may update, add, remove, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Pro users of significant changes.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QuickRemove after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered location of DigitalCubeDesigns, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
