Privacy Policy

QuickInspect ("we", "our", "the extension") is a Chrome extension and web service that uses AI to diagnose indexing issues for URLs in Google Search Console. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. We keep things simple: we collect only what is needed to make the product work.

Short version: We don't sell your data. We don't track your browsing. The free tier uses your IP address only to enforce a daily quota. Paid tier stores an email + license key issued by Lemon Squeezy.

1. What we collect

Free tier

IP address + date — used only to count requests against the 10/day free limit. Stored for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.
URLs you submit — sent to our backend, fetched once to read public HTML signals (title, meta robots, canonical, status code), then sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Not stored permanently.

Pro & Agency users

Email address (collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout)
License key + plan status + expiration date
License verification events (timestamp only, for fraud detection)

2. What we do NOT collect

No browsing history
No personal data beyond what is listed above
No tracking pixels, ad networks, or third-party analytics
No selling, renting, or sharing of data with marketers
No access to your Google Search Console account or Google credentials

3. Third parties we use

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We do not share more than what is strictly required for each to perform its function.

4. Chrome permissions used

`host: search.google.com`	The extension only operates on Google Search Console — nowhere else

5. Your rights

Email contact@digitalcubedesigns.com to:

Request deletion of your license and any associated data
Export the data we hold about you
Ask any question about how your data is handled

We respond to verified requests within 7 business days.

6. Data location & retention

Supabase data is hosted in the EU. IP-quota records are deleted after 30 days. License records are retained for the lifetime of your subscription plus 12 months for tax and refund compliance.

7. Children

QuickInspect is a B2B SEO tool intended for professional use. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where relevant, notify Pro and Agency users by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
