Terms of Service

Welcome to QuickInspect. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickInspect Chrome extension and related web services (collectively, "the Service") provided by DigitalCubeDesigns ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

QuickInspect is a Chrome extension that fetches URLs you submit, reads their public HTML signals, and uses AI (via Anthropic's Claude API) to produce indexing diagnoses and fix suggestions. The Service is intended for legitimate SEO and webmaster purposes.

2. Plans and pricing

The Service is offered in the following plans:

• Free — 10 URL diagnoses per day, basic AI reason, IP-tracked, no signup required.
• Pro Monthly — $9.99 USD billed every month.
• Pro Yearly — $39.99 USD billed every year.
• Agency Monthly — $19.99 USD billed every month.
• Agency Yearly — $99.99 USD billed every year.

Prices are in US Dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments and license issuance are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

3. License keys and activation

After purchase you receive a license key by email. License keys are bound to your account and may be activated on the device limits below:

• Pro plan: 1 device
• Agency plan: up to 5 devices

You may not share, resell, or transfer license keys. We reserve the right to revoke a license that is being abused without refund.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Inspect URLs you do not own or are not authorized to analyze
• Submit illegal content, malware URLs, or content that violates third-party rights
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the extension's source beyond what is permitted by law
• Resell, rebrand, or sublicense the Service without prior written permission
• Use the Service in a way that overloads our infrastructure

5. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation

All paid plans are subscriptions and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal — your access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Anthropic, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy) which may experience outages outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by such outages.

7. AI output disclaimer

Diagnoses and fix suggestions generated by Claude AI are based on the public signals we fetch from each URL. AI output may be incomplete or occasionally incorrect. You should verify recommendations before applying changes to production sites. We are not responsible for SEO outcomes, ranking changes, or damages resulting from acting on AI suggestions.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including the extension code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of DigitalCubeDesigns. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email to paid subscribers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms; in cases of material violation, we may do so without refund.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
